GAIN
Syntax:
talk guildmaster gain
Whenever you have accumulated the experience points needed to get your next level, you must go to your guildmaster and GAIN. This will advance you to your next level, give you your hit points, practices, and modify your abilities (such as THAC0 or backstab multiplier). Until you GAIN, you may not gain any more experience points than those needed to place you one away from the next highest level.
Again, you do NOT automatically gain a level when you get enough experience points -- you must find your guildmaster and talk to him to gain. As you get higher in level, the lower level guildmasters will be unable to teach you anymore and you must find more wiser guildmasters. These higher level guildmasters are often harder to find so you should always keep an eye out for them as you travel.

GET
(also TAKE)
Syntax:
get <item name(s)> [[from] <container name>]
If you find something interesting on the ground, you may use 'get' to pick it up. For example, "get greatsword". If you are in a hurry, or if you just feel very greedy, you may type "get all". You can also use 'get' to extract objects from containers. Example: 'get dagger from bag'.
Other examples:
get all.bread from bag get 9*bread from bag get all from corpse
Items are numbered first according to what you have in your inventory, then according to what is on the ground. For example, if you had five swords, and two swords were on the ground, '1.sword' would be one of your swords, '5.sword' would be one of your swords, '6.sword' and '7.sword' would be swords that are on the ground.

GROUPS
A "group" is a collection of players all working together to adventure. If you are a group member, then you will share experience points for killing monsters equally among the group. Experience points will only be shared among group members that are in the same location, at the time of the killing blow. Sharing is regardless of whether the group members have been participating in the fight.
Use the found command to found a new group and the accept command to add new people into your group. There are also various other group related commands that can be helpful. See the "see alsos" for more information.
Syntax:
