MoonlightGoddess of Death, Night and Protection

The Afterlife in the Realms of Tera has several Powers of Death. The most beautiful and kindest of Death lays in the dominion of the Goddess Moonlight. When angered, her dominion over Death is the cruelest and harshest known throughout the Tera Afterlife. Her other dominions include the Night and Protection. Most adventurers tend to invoke her name when facing grave dangers and most thieves invoke her name during their nightly efforts.

Moonlight has two main types of followers and hence there is almost two different types of religions dedicated to her. Moonlight's worshipers are usually clerics and paladins dedicated to protection and anti-paladins and assassins dedicated to death. Though Moonlight is not currently a major power in the Realms of Tera, she has the number of followers that rival the fourth and even the third major religion.

Moonlight rarely takes an active role in mortal affairs. When she does, she usually appears one of several ways. The first is a beautiful half-elven female with long dark flowing hair and piercing grey eyes. Her second form, usually taken when she is angry, is a fearsome and exotically beautiful drow female with long white glowing hair and painfully glaring eyes with black pupils. The other two forms are usually a petite and lithe young human female and an advanced aged elven female.

Moonlight is usually a solitary person who is patient. When angered, her wrath is irresistably overpowering.

Moonlight has a twin sister, Juna. Her parentage has not been revealed to any of her followers nor has any of the immortals deemed it necessary to let any mortal know.
